My career as a designer…

I was born in Padua in 1988. I graduated with honors in architecture from the University of Ferrara. After spending some time working with various Italian firms, I moved to the United Kingdom, where I earned a master’s degree from the Architectural Association, specializing in timber architecture. After completing my master’s degree, I worked for a time at IDOM’s London office, collaborating with colleagues from around the world on major projects and public works.

My decision to study wood architecture during my master’s program stemmed from my passion for this material and its immense potential. Wood is uniquely capable of combining beauty, health benefits, and sustainability; I believe that gaining a deeper understanding of it is essential to offering the solutions needed to address today’s challenges. My family and my roots are in Cadore and the Belluno Dolomites; my interest in wood, combined with my connection to the region, prompted me to return to Italy in 2022 and launch my independent practice from my studio in Cadore. In 2025, I began collaborating with the Fondazione Dolomiti Architettura Belluno as a board member, helping to organize cultural events. I joined the board of the Belluno Order of Architects in 2026.
